Elder Julian, the oldest son of Bishop and Mrs. Clarence Harris, acknowledged his call to ministry at the age of sixteen; at that time he began to work as an assistant in the youth ministry. In 2016, he joined the team of elders after being ordained. He now assists with teaching the Word on Sundays, and regularly leads a weekly virtual bible study group. However, because of his many talents and skills, his heart is to serve the body of Christ in whatever capacity the Lord chooses. Elder Julian and his wife Aubrey, have four young sons: Joshua, Benjamin, Malachi, and Elijah.
